Features:

The machine has sperate hydraulic motive power system and electric system and is controlled by centralized pushbuttons. Two kinds of operation-adjusting and semi-automatic operations can be realized. Working pressure, pressure speed, and travelling stroke of the machine, all are adjustable. Semi-automatic, cycling of three kinds of processing-operation with pushing-out, operation without pushing-out and drawing operation can be accomplished. Two forming actions-fixed pressure forming and fixed stroke forming can be selected. The advanced integrated superposed valve and plate valve is used in its hydraulic motive power system. A pedal switch is provided in front of the worktable for realizing semi-automatic working cycle. Construction of the machine is compact and performance is reliable.

Applications:

This machine is suitable for pressure processing of plastic materials such as bending, crimping, sheet metal drawing. It can also be used for straightening, pressure assembling, grinding wheel forming, cold extrusion of metal parts, pressure molding of plastic and metal power parts.
